How Long Will It Take To Get An Exchange?Updated 8 months ago

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days of receiving them*. For most exchanges, if we have the item(s) that you have ordered in stock at our head office then we will be able to dispatch it same day, or the next day, with next working day delivery (depending on location).

If we do not have the item you requested as an exchange at our head office then we will have to wait for it to come to us from our many suppliers. Orders from our suppliers can usually take 4 to 5 working days to arrive with us (up to 10 working days during busy periods) and we will then dispatch your item on an express shipment.

*Please note, during busy periods returns can take up to 14 days to process
