In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are not what you expected, you can return them to us in an unused and unsoiled condition, complete with their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

For all orders, we provide you with the option to ship to an address that is different to the billing address. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with you before we ship any order to a different address.

If you have made a mistake when entering your shipping details please contact our customer services team immediately via telephone or email and we will be able to get any mistake amended for you.

Please note, we can make no guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. If an order has already been picked for dispatch, or has already been shipped, then we are unable to amend the shipping address.

Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Exclusions do apply and if the products in your cart have not been discounted then these may not be included within the promotion.
Some discount codes may have a minimum spend before the discount will take effect.
All promo codes have expiry dates, and we will notify customers within 24 hours of when the promotion will end.
If a promo code has expired then you will be shown an error message after attempting to enter this.
Products already in a Sale may not be eligible for further discount with discount codes.
