For all orders, we provide you with the option to ship to an address that is different to the billing address. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with you before we ship any order to a different address.

If you have made a mistake when entering your shipping details please contact our customer services team immediately via telephone or email and we will be able to get any mistake amended for you.

Please note, we can make no guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. If an order has already been picked for dispatch, or has already been shipped, then we are unable to amend the shipping address.
